To reinvigorate collaboration among young researchers all over the world, stalled by the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to announce the International Symposium on Carbon Materials Breakthrough in the Next Generation (CMB-Next2024). This symposium delves into the fundamental and applied aspects of Next Generation carbon materials, exploring their applications across various industries and delving into the essence of these materials.

Welcome to Miyazaki! On behalf of the Next Generation Group of the Carbon Society of Japan, we’re so excited to take place the symposium on carbon materials for young researchers all over the world. The theme of “Carbon Materials Breakthrough in the Next Generation” intends to inspire young researchers to consider how they can contribute to the future of carbon materials. CMB-Next2024 will provide you some valuable opportunities – top technical discussion, increased international collaboration, and fantastic networking among attendees.
